Your consultant supplies the orgpax Organizational Scan instrument and feedback report: you discuss the results. You discuss your overall approach to clarifying your committee roles with your consultant. You receive an Orgpax "backgrounder" and preparation package (checklists, etc.)

reflection

You decide to validate your diagnosis of what’s needed with your colleagues. Your consultant discusses your approach with you, supplies you with the Orgpax questionnaires / exercises you need to do this, and discusses the results with you

data collection

Your consultant helps you decide what information to collect about how your committees operate, from whom, and how. You receive the Orgpax questionnaires and analysis tools you need to do this

analysis and solutions

You discuss your analysis with your consultant, develop possible solutions to the problems you have discovered, and discuss / agree these with your colleagues. You receive the Orgpax tools and illustrations you need to do this

implementation

You develop an implementation and communication plan to make the changes agreed over 3 months, bouncing your ideas off your consultant. You receive the Orgpax tools and illustrations you need to help you do this successfully
