A Participating Group is a single organizational group, members of whom complete the questionnaire.

Each Participating Group will receive one Report, and up to half an hour of Cooper Johri consulting advice by phone / e-mail to help interpret and/or discuss the result. One Report copy is delivered in hard-copy.

The price per Participating group is $350, plus $20 for each person in that group completing the questionnaire.

Where there is more than one Participating Group, the organization to which the Groups belong also receives (in addition to one report and up to half an hour of consulting advice per Participating Group) a Consolidated Report. This Report compares the results of each Participating Group in a consolidated format, and also includes up to a further half an hour of Cooper Johri consulting advice by phone / e-mail to help interpret and/or discuss the consolidated result. One Report copy is delivered in hard-copy.

The price per Consolidated Report is $250, plus $10 per Participating Group included.

Additional copies of reports can be ordered for team use at $22.50 per copy.

Report prices include shipping by regular mail. They can be sent by messenger for a small extra charge.
