ORGPAX FACILITATION TOOL-KITS FOR LEADERS

These tool-kits are small (usually 7-15 pages each) and each contains an exercise for meeting-facilitators to use to guide reflection, help with introductions, etc. All are helpful in team-building, and to encourage an open exchange of perceptions and attitudes. Most exercises can be done for each group or division in your organization, and then the results compared. Some of these facilitation tool-kits are already included in other, larger tool-kits: these are identified below.

Each tool-kit includes a “Tools for your own process” Word file with the tools you’re likely to want to customize or use with your own colleagues: ce dossier « Des outils pour votre propre processus » est également disponible en français pour TOUTES les trousses d’outils, y compris ceux en langue anglaise.
